A serial entrepreneur, he started his first company while in grade school and TCC as a freshman at St. Edward High School, who was our first customer and is still a customer today.
Sean’s passion for technology and dedication to customer service has established TCC as a leading IT Solutions Provider in Northeast Ohio. In his free time, Sean enjoys golfing, attending sporting events and spending time with his family.
Sean and his wife Erin have two young boys who keep them busy and entertained. Together they have perfected their “man to man” defense skills.
Bob is a Senior Network Engineer for TCC. He has 14 years of experience on the technical side of the I.T. Industry. For fun and fitness, Bob trains and competes in Powerlifting and National Strongman Competitions. As a result, he is one of the “strongest” technical people in Northeast Ohio, both technically and physically.
Bob and his wife, Ashley, are Cleveland West Siders and enjoy spending time outdoors, hiking and traveling together. Bob has been a valued member of our team at TCC for seven years and has his BBA Degree in Information Systems from Cleveland State. He is also a Certified Master Engineer in StorageCraft Data Back-Up and Disaster Recovery Technology.
Todd goes back to the “wood-burning” computer days with 35 years in the Information Technology Industry with companies like JD Edwards, Ariba, Iron Mountain and Oracle.
Todd is active in the Westshore, Rocky River, Beachwood Chambers of Commerce and other Business Networking Groups. He enjoys golf, following sports, working out and music.
Todd and his Wife, Holly, have two grown daughters and enjoy spending time with them and friends, traveling, Cleveland’s Playhouse Square, the Westside Market and the many great restaurants in our area.
Todd has his B.S. Degree in Marketing and Sales Management from Bowling Green State University.
Zach, a Senior Systems Engineer with TCC, has a passion for evaluating a customer’s I.T. infrastructure and getting them up to date with the latest standards, methods and technologies they use every day for improved productivity and a positive user experience.
Zach has been in the I.T. Industry for over five years. Before TCC, Zach independently supported computers and networks for home and small business users all over the greater Cleveland area.
Zach and his family live in Elyria, Ohio where they enjoy going on long walks together and watching bad movies. Zach also enjoys motorcycling, camping and testing new technologies on his home network. He is a graduate of the Computer Networking Technologies program at EHOVE Career Center in Milan, Ohio and has been with TCC over two years.
Alden is a Help Desk Support Engineer for TCC and has been on our TCC team for four years. From a technical standpoint, he is a determined self-taught Support Engineer who has a passion for solving problems for customers.
Alden grew up on a farm in Michigan and moved to the City of Cleveland with his wife, Davida. Moving to the city has been quite a change for Alden after having many different work experiences like farming, de-icing planes and using his American Sign-Language skills at a School for the Deaf. Outside of work, Alden enjoys riding motorcycles and dirt bikes, playing sports and having a good time with Davida, friends and family.
Marty joined the Conexo team as the first ‘official’ employee of TCC’s sister company in 2014. He manages all new Business Development and Marketing for Conexo, and also coordinates Client Support and On-Site Service visits.
Having been born and raised as a ‘Lakewoodite’, Marty proudly serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Lakewood Chamber of Commerce, and is an active member of other local Chambers.
He and his wife Erin live with their two sons in Bay Village, where Marty coaches youth wrestling for kids in grades K-6. Marty is the Open Weight Class Livingroom Wrestling Champion of the Foster household, and has been since the birth of his oldest son in March of 2013.

Ryan has been building professional relationships since 2008. His background provides him with a unique perspective on how businesses operate. In addition to his Leadership degree from the University of Dayton and Masters of Business Administration from Cleveland State, Ryan also has training in Dale Carnegie principles and is an Advanced Communicator in Toastmasters International.
There is no denying that Ryan loves people, and his passion is making connections. His main focus at TCC is helping solve customer challenges by leveraging resources.
In his free time, Ryan enjoys playing basketball, traveling with his wife to tropical places, speaking professionally, and personal development.
Born and raised in Cleveland, Ryan takes great pride in driving value back into the communities that have given him so much throughout his life. A “Southsider” of greater Cleveland, Ryan and his family live in North Royalton.
