The program provides a one-time dollar savings incentive for current TCC customers who share customer prospects who become new, paying customers of TCC’s Managed Services or Conexo services.

How the Program Works:

  • Current customers can recommend or connect TCC to business associates who are in the market for I.T. or communications services.

  • If a prospect signs a service agreement with TCC as a new, paying customer, the referring customer can receive a one-time credit applied to their monthly service fee in the month after the first month of payment by the new customer.

  • The amount of the credit will be equal to the monthly fee paid by the new customer, but not less than $500.

  • If the new customer’s monthly service fee is greater than the monthly fee of the referring customer, the amount of the credit will be equal to the current customer’s monthly service fee.

Program Details:

  • There is no limit to participation in this program for current customers. Current customers can refer any number of prospects and receive credit for any and all new, paying customers who sign a service agreement with TCC.

  • The credit received will not exceed the amount of the current customer’s monthly fee, even if the new customer’s monthly service fee is greater than that of the current customer.

  • Customer credit will apply to like services (TCC Managed Services) being purchased by the new customer.
