The Help Desk Support Technician is responsible for maintenance, monitoring, and remote support of customer’s networks. They provide assistance to customers via telephone and remote support. They also repair and upgrade workstations brought in from the field along with preparing new equipment for delivery to customers.
The IT Support Technician is responsible for on-site support of customers' networks, repairs and upgrades of workstations brought in from the field and prep of new equipment for delivery to customer.
